I've gotta say, I'm pleasantly surprised. I bought off this website, got a confirmation email from AolsteCell, so I was made anxious straight away, and after reading trust pilot reviews of both that company and this (AolsteCell owns batterybuy) Confidence was not inspired, I definitely felt like I got scammed.BUT, today, my battery arrived, well before expected, it fit, and my laptop works well with it installed. It even came with a few small screwdrivers, without which installation would be much more difficult.

The battery worked fine and I was happy in the end, but it did cause me concern when they didn't respond to emails or inquiries. Generally speaking, the service is not very good, but the honesty is better.
