So far the battery has been working great - holding a good charge similar to when I purchased the laptop brand new. It also eliminated the issue of unexpectedly shutting down.However, I also want to shout out the seller for following up with me to see how things were going. That's the first time I've had a seller reach out to ensure things are going smoothly, and with something as critical as a laptop battery, I thought that was great!
