I would give 5 stars, but BatteryBuy needs to improve it's appearance, making itself look with "US" and turning out to be chinese makes people worry, understandably.

Opened dispute with Paypal, seller then provides Paypal with different tracking number from different courier which shows as "Delivered". The order has not been delivered.If Paypal don't refund then I'll raise a chargeback with Amex.

This is especially annoying when a laptop battery is something most people desperately need. Perhaps it's time for Trust Pilot to introduce a new type of rating for seemingly fake vendors, rather than ratings for incompetent actual traders.
