The phone number on the website seems to be located in China despite giving an address of Unit 1, Explorer Voyager Park, Portsfield Road, Portsmouth PO3 5FL. The company name isn't registered at Companies House. I think the website makes it seem like a US operation but suspect this may not be the case. I would avoid using this company.

The battery did not arrive in the promised 2-3 days. The so-called tracking number is not recognizable.

The old battery in my computer kept on discharging over-night, brilliant service with delivery of the new equivalent battery as I cannot find a replacement on the offical HP site.

Aside from the fact, yes it came from China and it took four weeks to arrive (unlike advertised on the website) it was delivered perfectly packaged and came with installation tools.
