Opened dispute with Paypal, seller then provides Paypal with different tracking number from different courier which shows as "Delivered". The order has not been delivered.If Paypal don't refund then I'll raise a chargeback with Amex.

This is especially annoying when a laptop battery is something most people desperately need. Perhaps it's time for Trust Pilot to introduce a new type of rating for seemingly fake vendors, rather than ratings for incompetent actual traders.

I sent an email to the seller, asked return details the seller name, Max Liu, replied me asked for photo of my laptop, I sent the photos, but they didn't do anythings, I sent many emails again Max Liu replied said try to fit that's, after that they didn't answer my emails, they didn't refund my money. Not recommend this seller at all. Them stuff are fake, it is scam.
