A week later, several emails were sent. no reply. They tell you to try webchat, but it never activates, and now the original website has mysteriously disappeared from the link I originally used.

The battery I ordered for my Acer laptop has a horrendous self-discharge rate (flat in 4 days after full charge) and even if used immediately after charging it still lasts a shorter time than the 5-year old battery I replaced! Can't contact the seller, and they have so far ignored my message sent through their website.It's going in the bin and I'll re-install the old battery.

After reading the reviews (after ordering a laptop battery), I don't think this product will ever come up. I wasn't in a hurry, but after six weeks it hadn't arrived, so I sent an enquiry. I got a reply a few days later and luckily it arrived the same day.
