I of course double checked the reviews of this buyer and made sure this is the correct battery for my laptop prior to purchasing this battery. I had it for maybe about a month and no issues. Highly recommend it!

This battery helped restore life to a dying laptop. In terms of prolonging the life of my old laptop for another few years, I think this battery will help get me through. It's not the most amazing battery. It lasts around 1.5 hours. That doesn't bother me because I only use the battery power occasionally. When I do, it's reliable. This won't drastically alter the performance of your laptop. So don't expect it to. However, I'm happy with the product and pleased I didn't pay out a lot more for another battery which ultimately can only do so much for an old laptop.
