The dead battery made it so even when plugged in, the laptop would not work.The battery came faster than they said it would.So far, I have no complaints.

Seems to be holding up well after the OEM battery went out. HP batteries seems to go bad fairly quickly and this was cheaper than an OEM

The first battery I got only charged to 50%. They mailed me a second battery for free. They didn't ask for the old one back. The second one is working great. Installation was straightforward. No issues now. I have a HP.
